2026 Cuotas

2026 Cuotas have been emailed out. If you have not received your cuota notice, please email secretario@villa-nova.online or stop by the office during regular office hours.

Payment Deadlines and Discounts

Please pay your 2026 cuota in full by the end of April. Beginning May 1, a 3% monthly late fee will be applied, per the by-laws.

A 10% discount is available on your 2026 cuota if:

1. All outstanding balances from previous years have been paid in full, and
2. You provide proof (a receipt) that your full 2026 payment—less the discount—was made on or before February 28, 2026.
   
   Payments made in March or April are charged at the standard cuota amount, with no discount and no late fee.
